Data that will be deleted
After verifying account ownership, we will remove this data from CREWA's active systems.
Deleted
- profile and account data
- workouts, routes and GPS points
- photos, posts and comments
- social connections and club memberships
- settings and health or fitness data stored in CREWA
May be retained temporarily
Payment and tax recordsFor 5 years after the relevant reporting period, or longer where applicable law requires it.
Dispute recordsUntil the dispute is resolved and for up to 3 years afterwards; longer only where required by law or active proceedings.
Security and fraud-prevention logsFor up to 12 months from creation, unless a longer period is needed for an investigation.
BackupsFor up to 90 days after removal from active systems, then deleted through the normal backup rotation cycle.
PROCESSING TIME
Within 30 days
We will respond as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your request.
Email verification comes first
Deletion starts after we confirm that the email belongs to the account owner. If the law requires specific records to be retained, we restrict their use and delete them when the stated period ends.
