1. Run and communicate with respect

CREWA brings people together around running and their city. Treat others with respect regardless of pace, experience, background or views.

2. Safety and personal data

Do not publish another person's address, route, documents, contact details or other personal data without permission. Treat start and finish points as sensitive.

3. Prohibited content

Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexualised content, incitement to violence, illegal material and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

4. Authenticity

Do not impersonate others, send spam, deceive users or manipulate activity, reactions or other indicators.

5. Photos, posts and clubs

Share only content you have the right to use. Club names, images and logos must not mislead people or infringe another party's rights.

6. Commercial posts

Advertising and commercial offers are allowed only in supported formats and must not be disguised as personal experience or create spam.

7. Reports and moderation

Content and conduct can be reported through available tools or support. Reports are reviewed with context and participant safety in mind.

8. Possible action

CREWA may hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend or block an account in proportion to the violation and applicable requirements.

9. Appeals

If you believe an action was incorrect, contact support with the decision details. The availability and process of an appeal depend on the violation.
