Subscription Terms
1. Scope and relationship to the Terms of Use
These terms govern purchases of CREWA Premium and apply together with the CREWA Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. CREWA Premium and Marshal status
CREWA Premium is the paid subscription and Marshal is the status shown for an active subscriber. They are one paid offering, not two separate services.
3. The offer
The current period, price, currency, discount and benefits are defined by the server storefront and shown immediately before payment. The storefront takes priority over examples and previously viewed prices.
4. Periods and pricing
The amount due, monthly equivalent and catalogue discount are shown separately. The browser does not recalculate monetary values; the server confirms them in a short-lived quote.
5. Payment and activation
Premium activates only after the payment provider confirms success. Returning to the app or opening a deep link does not by itself confirm payment.
6. Renewal
In a manual-renewal flow, no repeat charge occurs without a new user action. If a payment channel uses automatic renewal, the period, next charge and cancellation route must be shown before payment.
7. Cancellation and management
Users manage subscriptions through the applicable store, payment account or CREWA interface. Cancelling future renewal normally does not end an already paid period.
8. Refunds
Refunds follow the rules of the applicable store, payment provider and law. The procedure depends on the actual payment route.
9. Promo codes
A promo code may be limited by time, region, currency, plan and number of uses. A discount applies only after server validation and display of the updated final price.
10. Price changes
New pricing applies under the payment flow and applicable law. Where required, users receive notice before a future charge.
11. Errors and recovery
When payment confirmation is delayed, the interface may show a pending state and allow another status check. Access is determined from server-side order and account status.
12. Premium limitations
Premium does not make an invalid workout valid, remove city-progress conditions or guarantee a feature that is disabled, unreleased or unavailable on a platform.
13. Contacts and seller details
Before production publication, the seller's legal name, address, registration and tax details, contacts and claims process must be added.
